You will need: Nutrition per serving:
vegetable oil 70 calories (4%)
2 large free-range eggs 4.5 g fat (6%)
100 g plain flour 0.5 g saturates (3%)
100 ml milk 2 g protein (4%)
sea salt 7 g carbs (3%)
fresh black pepper 1 g sugar (1%)
The first thing you will have to do is preheat the oven to 225°C or gas 9. Then get yourself a cupcake or muffin tin (whatever you've got in your kitchen) and coat all 12 compartments with a little bit of vegetable oil, the oil needs to get hot so pop that in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes. While that heats up you have time to get the batter ready, for that you will just have to beat the eggs, flour, milk and a pinch of salt and pepper together until it's light and smooth.
Very carefully remove the tray from the oven and pour your batter evenly into the 12 compartments then pop the tray back into the oven to cook for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it's risen and gold because you know every oven has it's own mind sometimes.
While you'r waiting for your puddings just take the time to clean up the mess you probably made then get out your Yorkshire puddings and enjoy!
