BlUEBERRY AND GINGER BIRCHER MUESLI

Here we have a classic bircher muesli but we are going to use chia seeds! Which is a great thing to use and it tastes really really good, I love having this for breakfast myself. I like a good yogurt or muesli instead of bread with various toppings. It might just be me but here is the recipe for this tasty bircher muesli.
Also you will have to pre-prepare this meal the night before eating it.

Let's get started.

You will need:

60 g gluten-free oats
240 ml Cashew or Almond M*lk
2 tablespoons chia seeds
lemon juice of one lemon
1/2 vanilla pod seeds or 1/4 vanilla powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
A hand full of Blueberry's
A hand full of nuts (almond, cashew)

First mix all the ingredients, except the blueberry's and nuts, together in a glass jar or bowl then cover that and place it in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, remove your muesli from the fridge and leave to stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes before adding a little additional m*lk of needed.
Serve with your hand full of blueberry's and nuts.
Now you can enjoy your healthy morning and your cup of tea on the side to warm you up.

Let me know in the comments what you think about this one.
I'm excited to hear about your thoughts and maybe some good other twists to the recipe.
