KITCHEN CHEAT SHEET

I know myself how annoying it is when you see measurements in a recipe and have no idea how to convert it into your measurements that you like to cook or bake with, that's what this little post is for! I am going to help you make your cooking and baking a lot easier! Have fun with these little kitchen cheat sheets I definitely am.

oven temperatures: 
  • 1/2 Gas - 250 °F - 120 °C     very slow
  • 1 Gas - 275 °F - 120 °C
  • 2 Gas - 300 °F - 150 °C        slow
  • 3 Gas - 325 °F - 170 °C
  • 4 Gas - 350 °F - 180 °C        moderate
  • 5 Gas - 375 °F - 190 °C
  • 6 Gas - 400 °F - 200 °C        moderate hot
  • 7 Gas - 425 °F - 220 °C
  • 8 Gas - 450 °F - 230 °C        hot
  • 9 Gas - 475 °F - 240 °C        very hot
spoons:

1 teaspoon = 5 ml
1 dessertspoon = 10 ml
1 tablespoon = 15 ml
